Last night Usain Bolt claimed his second gold medal and his second world record in an extraordinary 5 days for him at the World Championships in Berlin. He smashed his own 200m world record by a staggering 0.11 seconds, finishing in 19.19 seconds.

This he added to his 100m world title win on Sunday night which saw him finish in an astonishing 9.58seconds, and was also 0.11seconds faster than the world record he set at the Olympic final last year.

He has now become the only man to be both Olympic and World champion for 100m and 200m and hold both 100m and 200m world records all at the same time.

The Jamaican had recently missed a month of training following a car crash. He said: "I can definitely say that I didn't expect that because I was a little tired. I said it won't hurt to try. So I tried really hard and now I'm really tired."
