There is something surprisingly addictive about this number-placement game. Who would have guessed that the simple mathematical genius of Sudoku would make it one of the most popular games around today??
In case you've been hiding in a closet for four years and don't know how to play, the objective is to fill a 9×9 grid so that each column, each row, and each of the nine 3x3 boxes (also called blocks or regions) contains the digits from 1 to 9 only one time each.
With five different skill levels, Sudoku will exercise your brain cells for hours on end... just don't forget to do your maths homework!
Minefield takes us back to the nostalgic days of Windows 95... you may have just been a wean at that point, but Windows operating systems used to come with a game called Minesweeper.
Many happy hours were spent, well sweeping mines. It's called Minefiled here, probably for copyright reasons, but it's the same brilliant game.
